You may cancel free of charge within 7 days of ordering, provided production hasn't started; after that, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll repair or replace it at no cost — just let us know within 3 days of delivery. Every piece also comes with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee.
