We'll keep you updated throughout production and contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery is to a room of your choice (mainland UK included), with full packaging removed. Returns
As every piece sold by 8interiors Design is bespoke and made to your specification, our products aren't covered by the standard 14-day cooling-off period for off-the-shelf goods. You may cancel free of charge within 7 days of ordering, provided production hasn't started; after that, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll repair or replace it at no cost — just let us know within 3 days of delivery. Every piece also comes with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee.
